MISSION STATEMENT
LightTime exists to develop creative/disruptive optoelectronic technologies for diverse applications and to pursue three primary business activities:

• Licensing LightTime’s “Alpha-Stage” Products
• Manufacturing LightTime’s OEM products
• Providing Technical Consulting Services

PROPRIETARY INNOVATION
LightTime is not a licensee of others' technology. LightTime's products are based upon internally developed technologies with numerous, corresponding patents and patents pending, both US and international.

Alpha-Stage Products
Alpha-Stage products are pre-commercial products based on proprietary LightTime technologies, from which adaptive development for a commercial product can occur. Each alpha-stage product is somewhere along the continuum from concept to bench-top or prototype. LightTime offers its alpha-stage products by licensing them to third parties. LightTime will also assist in the licensee’s ongoing development and/or integration of the licensed alpha-stage product. See Products page.

OEM Products
Based on near-term market interest, LightTime selects specific Alpha-Stage products and carries their development forward into market-ready OEM final products. This process is currently underway for two such products: a MEMS-based Ladar imaging camera, MEMScan ™ ; and a passively mode-locked semiconductor laser for Optical Clocking, LightClock™ . As a fabless manufacturing company, LightTime will supply its OEM products via highly qualified manufacturing partners.
