Mr. Caflisch, educated at the University of Wisconsin
(Economics) is a technology executive with a background in opto-electronics,
wireless telecom and software engineering. In these industries, Mr. Caflisch
focused on Business Formation/Development, Intellectual Property and Marketing/Sales.
He is a member in good standing of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers), OSA (Optical Society of America) and AAAS (American Association for
the Advancement of Science). Mr. Caflisch, along with Dr. Siepmann, founded
LightTime, LLC in 2000.

Dr. Siepmann, educated at the University of St. Thomas and at Mayo Medical School is both a medical doctor and a physicist. Dr. Siepmann has had papers published in Theoretical Physics, Horology, Optoelectronics, EE Times, Laser Focus World and is the Editor-in-Chief of a science journal. Dr. Siepmann has also appeared in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Science. He is a member in good standing with the OSA (Optical Society of America), AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science) and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). He, along with Mr. Caflisch, founded LightTime, LLC in 2000.

Mr. Potenza was educated at St. Mary's College CA (BS Physics), the University of Idaho and the University of California San Diego (MS and advanced work in Physics). His expertise is business development, marketing and sales in early stage high-tech companies. He was a founder and Senior Vice President of Marketing/Sales of Blue Sky Research developing and manufacturing active electo-optic components for telecommunications and data storage markets. Mr. Potenza was previously Director of Marketing at Indigo Medical Laser systems. Prior to that he was Marketing Director at Ariel Electronics and Marcom Manager at Varian Medical Group. |

John W. Eldredge, educated at Bates College
(Optical/Solid State Physics & Solid State Chemistry), The Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MS in Physics) and The University of San Diego School of Law (JD) is an Intellectual
Property Attorney. In 1992, Mr. Eldredge became in-house patent counsel
to Western Digital and functioned as the head of their intellectual property
department. In 1995 he joined the Intellectual Property firm of Christie,
Parker & Hale, becoming a partner thereafter. In 2000, Mr. Eldredge
founded the IP practice of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach,
California. In 2003 Mr. Eldredge became a partner at Myers, Dawes & Andras LLP (www.mdalaw.com) in
Irvine, California.
